What we collect
- Your name, email & message when you use the contact form or newsletter form, kept for thirty days.
- Server logs: IP address, request path, referring site, screen size, timestamp & status, kept for thirty days for security, capacity planning & counting visits. We honour Global Privacy Control & Do Not Track for visit counting.
- One session cookie, set by our own server, strictly necessary for the site to work, holding no identifier, expiring after thirty minutes.
- A single browser preference for light or dark mode, stored in your browser, never sent to us.
- All of the above is held by our hosting provider, Google Cloud, in the United States, under our legitimate interest in running a secure site & answering you.
What we do not do
- No advertising, no third-party analytics on this site.
- No sale or sharing of personal data.
Your rights
Ask us at hello@nodemode.dev to see, correct, delete or object to anything we hold about you. We answer within thirty days. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Customer data on the fabric
Servers you deploy, their secrets & their traffic are yours. We process them only to run the service & only as the service terms describe.
