The service
We host Model Context Protocol servers you supply, on the placement you choose, exposed over the transports the protocol defines. We keep every version you deploy for the life of the account.
Your responsibilities
- You own the code & data you deploy & have the right to run it.
- You validate tool inputs & scope any tool that can act on systems outside the server.
- You keep your credentials & your clients' credentials private.
Availability & support
Targets, credits & support hours are set per plan in the order form. Status is published at nodemode.dev/status.
Payment & returns
Monthly plans bill in advance & cancel any time. Annual & multi-year terms carry a thirty-day return; monthly plans a fifteen-day return.
Termination
Either party may end the agreement with thirty days' notice. On termination we return or delete your data on request & confirm in writing.
